1 whole-grain tortilla or wrap
2 Tbsp all-natural peanut butter
1 banana, peeled
Pinch of cinnamon
1 to 2 Tbsp granola
* Spread the peanut butter on the whole grain wrap.
* Lay the banana flat in the middle of the wrap.
* Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon and a little granola on top of the banana, then roll it up. Cut the “sushi” roll into 6 to 8 pieces. Store in an air-tight container.
