A JAPANESE national is in big trouble after he kicked someone inside an airborne plane bound for Manila from Cagayan.  That someone was a 12-year-old boy and reportedly happened to be a nephew of House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez.

A report received by the office of Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) General Manager Ed Monreal said the Japanese, identified as Shinomiya Kosuke, 40, was nabbed by the Airport Police Department upon arrival at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3.
Kosuke was also charged with violation of Republic Act 9262, also known as the ‘Violence against Women and Children’s Act,’ before the Pasay City Prosecutor’s Office.
The boy, Bruce Gabriel Chan, was said to be travelling with his uncle and guardian Joel Tan Chan aboard Philippine Airlines flight-PR 2522 from Cagayan to Manila when the incident took place.
The boy was said to be fixing his own seat when Kosuke suddenly got irritated, confronted the boy about it and then kicked him, hitting him in the left hand.
The said incident was reportedly managed and facilitated by the PAL flight attendant on board identified as Jesus Starte, who later endorsed the said case to the PNP-Avsegroup for proper disposition.
