DAGUPAN City -- The city’s Public Order and Safety Office (POSO) and the Dagupan City Police Station will implement this afternoon a total traffic rerouting.

As stated in the memorandum signed by POSO Chief Carlito Ocampo and Dagupan PNP officer-in- charge Supt. Franklin Ortiz, from 1 p.m. until the last cluster of street dancers have reached the city plaza.
The parade and street dancing will start at 4 p.m.
The parade route is Dagupan’s Central Business District from Perez Boulevard/Guilig Street to M.H. Del Pilar Street, A.B. Fernandez Avenue and ends at the city plaza where all the six clusters of participants will perform.
The other traditional Bangus Festival Events are Bangus Rodeo (April 22), Bangusine (April 25), Festivals of the North (April 28) and the Kalutan Ed Dalan grand street party (April 30).
