CAMP Olivas, Pampanga -- Different provincial and city police offices in Central Luzon received Thursday some 148 brand-new desk top computers from the Philippine National Police Headquarters in Camp Crame, Quezon City.

Chief Supt. Aaron N. Aquino, Police Regional Office 3 director, led the distribution of desk top computers which were accepted by representatives of different provincial and city police offices in the region.

Aquino said the giving of computers was timely because the national police headquarters is implementing the “paperless scheme” in the dissemination of directives and communications to all police units in the country.

“This will further boost the administrative capability of our regional office as we continue to maintain the delivery of best police services here in Region 3,” Aquino said during the simple turnover ceremony attended by Director Jose Ma. Victor Ramos, head of the PNP’s directorate for logistic in Camp Crame.
