TWENTY-EIGHT enthusiastic and committed reservists from different barangays of Impasugong, Bukidnon underwent training at the headquarters of the 8th Infantry “Dependable” Battalion (8IB) in Impasugong, Bukidnon on September 13, 2020.
The reservists are under the Alfa Company, 1003rd Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion (RRIBn), 1003rd Community Defense Center (CDC), 10th Regional Community Defense Group (RCDG), Army Reserve Command (ARESCOM).
The training intends to develop thei reservists’ competencies for future operation base expansion as force multiplier in times of insurgency, emergencies, and calamities.
Major Mark Lester Cabunoc, Director, 1003rd CDC, expressed his deep appreciation for the series of activities prepared by the 8IB.
“This activity is what we really want to happen to capacitate our RRIBn to be a reliable partner in nation-building and to perform our tasks in times of emergency to conduct auxiliaries services during pandemic and calamities,” said Cabunoc.
