41 arrested in intensified anti-crime campaign in CL

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga – A total of 41 wanted persons were arrested in different parts of Central Luzon last Wednesday in an intensified anti-crime campaign.

This was disclosed by newly installed Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Valeriano De Leon who said the campaign against wanted persons is continuously being carried out regionwide.

Nine wanted persons were arrested by police authorities in Bulacan by virtue of warrants of arrest. They were identified as Aiko Manuel for violation of R.A. 9165; Filipinas Paraiso for robbery by use of force upon things; Danny Bonsobre for rape; Edwin Hernandez for estafa; Cinjoe Policarpio for riding in tandem), Zaldy Dacame Jr. for qualified theft; Paul Christoper Dizon for violation of RA 9165; and Mark Christian Dematira for reckless imprudence resulting to homicide.

Police authorities in Pampanga were able to arrest Lester Corpus for estafa; Eloisa Limpin for violation of BP 22; Jovie Calicdan for frustrated murder; Sergie Guinto for slight physical injuries; Jesus Estacio for violation of RA 10591; Mark Emer Beto for resistance and disobedience to agents of persons in authority; Rodolfo Dela Cruz for the same offense; and Daniel Tolentino also for the same offense.

Nueva Ecija police operatives arrested Albert Rivera for violation of RA 8293; Ronald Belley for damage to property; Erickson Zapatero for violation of RA 11332; John Paul Tiangco for qualified theft; and Sixto Quidawen Sr. for frustrated homicide.

Eleven wanted persons were arrested by authorities in Tarlac. They were identified Bryan Niegos and Mark Dante Pagarigan for violation of R.A. 7610; Arnold Perez for Violation of R.A. 11332; Leandro Villaruiz for City Ordinance No. 021-2020 in relation to RA 11332; Theresa Dela Cruz for Estafa; Reagan Bacsa for rape; Marvin Yumul for qualified theft; Ronaelaine Anzures for cyber libel; Alfredo Espinosa for violation of City Ordinance in rel. to R.A. 11332; Mark Gil Go for concubinage; and Gerald Lao for theft.

Zambales operatives were able to arrest Mario Gumisad for Violation of Sec. 93 of RA 106053 amending RA 8550 (use of fine Mesh Net); Ma Teresa Ragasa for malicious mischief; Arnel Delgado for violation of Sec. 93 of RA 106053 amending RA 8550 (use of fine Mesh Net); Albert Borlaza for unjust vexation; and Jolito Cabalic for violation of Section 5(i) of RA 9262 and attempted parricide.

Olongapo operatives were able to arrest Romeo Hapalla Jr. y Bantay for robbery with homicide; Ace Amigo for simple disobedience to an agent of person in authority; and Danilo Samntos for violation of Sec. 5 & 11 of RA 9165.

“The days of these persons sought by law are numbered as we will not stop our campaign to hunt them down. We will continue to find, arrest and put them behind the bars of justice as we vow to eradicate all forms of lawlessness in the region,” De Leon said.
