THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) announced that 61 out of the total 66 senatorial candidates were able to submit their Statements of Contributions and Expenditures (SOCEs) for the May 12, 2025 midterm polls, before the June 11 deadline lapsed.
Comelec Chairman George Erwin Garcia said that up to June 11, those who filed their SOCEs are Erwin Tulfo, Victor Rodriguez, Norberto Gonzales, Willie Ong (Withdrawn), France Castro, Vicente Sotto III, Angelo de Ablan, Ronaldo Jerome Adonis, Phillip Salvador, Jesus Hinlo Jr., Raul Lambino, Bam Aquino, Arlene Brosas, Leandro Verceles, David D’Angelo, Jose Montemayor Jr., Maria Imelda Marcos, Subair Mustapha, Jose Sonny Matula, Francis Pangilinan, Panfilo Lacson, Norman Marquez, Rodante Marcoleta, Ariel Querubin, Richard Mata and Jocelyn Andamo.
The others are Apollo Quiboloy, Pia Cayetano, Liza Maza, Eufemia Doringo, Arnel Escobal, Manuel Lapid, Allen Capuyan, Erik Martinez, Mario Valbuena, Jimmy Bondoc, Ronnel Arambulo, Christopher Lawrence Go, Danilo Ramos, Ernesto Arellano, Marc Gamboa, Heidi Mendoza, Nur-Ana Indanan Sahidulla, Benhur Abalos, Emmanuel Pacquiao, Bonifacio Bosita, Jose Jessie Olivar, Camille Villar, Bong Revilla, Roberto Ballon, Relly Jose Jr., Luke Espiritu, Willie Revillame, Bato Dela Rosa, Mar-Len Abigail Binay, Francis Tolentino, Ben Tulfo, Leodegardo de Guzman, Ronaldo Adonis, Amirah Lidasan and Gregorio Honasan II.
Those who failed to file their SOCE are Chavit Singson, Wilbert Lee, Teodoro Casiño and Roy Cabonegro.
It will be recalled that Singson and Lee withdrew their candidacies.
Meanwhile, 25 political parties submitted their SOCE, along with 144 party-list groups.
Garcia said the deadline had been set to June 11 and will not be extended.
