AFPI online chess clinics set

Logo: AFPIAnd one of the things that a player can learn from chess is to be better and seek the truth every game like in life.

With this on mind, the Artillery Foundation of the Philippines, Inc, through its Chairman Usec. Arthur I. Tabaquero, President B/Gen. Romeo Fajardo, AFP (Ret.), Corporate Secretary Col. Emmanuel C. Martin and the Board of Directors announce the resumption of its maiden project the “AFPI Online Intermediate Chess Clinics” starting Saturday, Sept. 19 with morning and afternoon sessions.

A mini-tournament will follow on Sept. 20 from 8 a.m.to 9:30 a.m.

The unique chess clinics are open to players nationwide from ages seven years old and above, boys and girls.

Registration is free and priority in this program are dependents of COVID-19 front-liners and members of National Chess Federation of the Philippines (NCFP).

  • National Chess Federation of the Philippines(NCFP)
  • Far Eastern University (FEU)
