Alden to focus on lovelife after the pandemic

ALDEN Richards has reason to smile from ear to ear since his “Love at the Balcony” in GMA’s “I Can See You” rated well and got very good feedback from viewers. Everyone says the love story between him and Jasmine Curtis Smith is very touching and they both acted exceedingly well.

Alden’s fans are all agog with his recent announcement that he will have a big surprise for them as he celebrates his 10th anniversary in showbiz. He announced this early this year in February and his fans thought it’s not gonna happen anymore because of the corona lockdown that has been extended on and on. But now, Alden has announced that this is definitely scheduled in December.

“I owe it to all my fans and supporters to give them a special for their continued support for me for my ten years in showbiz,” he says. “Definite na ito sa December 8. Abangan nyo na lang ang details and I will post them soon.”

This early, we heard na many of his showbiz friends are volunteering to be a guest in his anniversary show, both Kapuso and Kapamilya stars who are all so happy for him and want to be a part of his special treat. How about his lovelife? We thought he’ll devote more time for it.

“Sana nga, e kaya lang, the virus happened. Alangan naman kung kailan very risky and may lockdown, doon pa ako mag-lovelife. I will just make it my priority kapag natapos na itong pandemic.”

Meantime, this Sunday, don’t miss Alden’s all out performance as he does a K-pop opening number in “All Out Sundays”, now definitely the number one musical-comedy-variety show on weekends. Joining him in the rousing opening number are Rayver Cruz, Gabbi Garcia, Glaiza de Castro, Julie Anne San Jose and Miguel Tanfelix.

Special guests this Sunday are the stars of “Anak ni Waray vs. Anak ni Biday” and “Prima Donnas” who will be announcing the official return of their respective shows on air with fresh newly taped episodes soon. They include Barbie Forteza, Kate Valdez and Migo Adecer of “Anak ni Waray: and Jillian Ward, Althea Ablan, Will Ashley, Vince Crisostomo and Elijah Alejo of “Prima Donnas”.

Also special guests doing their own production number are Lovi Poe, Winwyn Marquez and Tom Rodriguez to promote their episode, “High Rise Lovers”, that will start airing on Monday in GMA’s primetime hit, “I Can See You”. Meantime, competing in the “Ang Drama Mo” segment that is a test of proficient acting are Jeric Gonzales of “Magkaagaw”, Paul Salas of “Descendants of the Sun” and Denise Barbacena of “I Can See You”. All this in “All Out Sundays” from 12 noon to 1:45 PM.
