P18M shabu seized from 2 Nigerians in Bicol

TWO separate anti-narcotics operations conducted by agents of the Police Regional Office 5 in Bicol region on Black Saturday and Easter Sunday resulted in the arrest of two Nigerian nationals and the seizure of an estimated P18 million worth of shabu, PRO5 director Brigadier General Arnel B.
