Pala-Pala going to Imus City around 6:45 p.m. and when they reached near Via Verde, the driver of the motorcycle suddenly stopped when he saw a man signalling them to give way to another vehicle coming off the road. Then the truck, tailing the motorcycle, hit them. The truck driver will charged with homicide and frustrated homicide through reckless imprudence.
