Batangas man held for firing gun indiscriminately

POLICE the other day reported that they arrested a man for illegally discharging his weapon in Bauan, Batangas.

Police Lieutenant Colonel Roderick Tonga, head of the Bauan Municipal Police Station, identified the arrested suspect as Josefino Jr. Gabriel.

A telephone call was received by the Bauan MPS informing that a person was firing a gun in Bgy. San Teodoro at around 8:45 a.m.

Responding cops noticed that the suspect had a firearm tucked in his waist and quickly approached and ask if he has a license and permit to carry.

The suspect failed to show any document.

Police confiscated from the suspect a Norinco cal. 45 with serial number BCO2328-10-246, a magazine loaded with a single bullet, and a holster.
