NASUGBU, Batangas — A 33-year-old rape suspect was nabbed Wednesday night on 21 Atis Duhat Potrero, Malabon.
Police Major Apolinario L. Palomeno, Lian Municipal Police Station commander, identified the suspect as Louie De Vera, single, a construction worker and resident of Sitio El Paso, Bgy. Lumbangan, Nasugbu.
De Vera said Palomeno said is listed as No. 1 in Manhunt Charlie and the No. 6 most wanted person in Nasugbu.
Palomeno said elements of the Lian MPS led by P/Lt Alfredo Anadia headed by acting police chief Major Simeon Aldovino, together with the Nasugbu MPS headed by PSSg Gary Felicisimo, P/Msg Christopher Robles of 1st Platoon, 2nd Company Batangas, the Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC), Western Batangas Maritime Police precinct led by PSSg Barthel Familiar served the warrant of arrest against Palomeno at 6 p.m.
The arrest warrant with no bail recommended was signed by the Regional Trial Court Branch 14 Wilhelmina B. Go-Santiago, of Nasugbu, Batangas.
