CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY — The Cagayan de Oro City Jail-Male Dormitory, under the leadership of JSUPT WILLIAM T MANENGYAO, DPA, City Jail Warden, proudly took part in the momentous 2024 FICCO Bloodletting event, coinciding with the cooperative’s 70th Anniversary. Held at 6th Floor Fr. Masterson Hall, FICCO Admin Building, Vamenta Blvd, Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City, the initiative saw an inspiring turnout from various community stakeholders, including the BJMP Regional Office 10 and the Cagayan de Oro City-Female Dormitory.
