Cebu Pacific expressed its sincere thanks to its passengers for their patience and understanding throughout the disruption stemming from its Airbus software update.

CEB spokesperson Carmina Romero said they were able to successfully complete the mandatory software update across the affected Airbus A320/A321 aircraft and restored normal operations swiftly.

“We are also grateful to our airport authorities and government partners for their swift and vital support, which enabled the quick recovery of our airport operations and flight services. We likewise recognize and thank our dedicated Cebu Pacific teams who worked tirelessly to ensure a safe and efficient restoration of our services,” she said.

Romero said that it offered flexible options, including free rebooking and conversion to Travel Fund, for those who wished to postpone their domestic or international flights scheduled from November 30 to December 1, 2025. The options were made accessible through the Manage Booking portal on the CEB website up to two hours before the scheduled departure time.”

She added: “The safety and wellbeing of our passengers remain our highest priority. While we return to our normal operations, some delays and adjustments may continue to occur. Please check your flight status at https://www.cebupacificair.com/en-PH/flight-status
