THE Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said COVID-related deaths among Filipinos abroad is now at 945.
In an update issued yesterday, the DFA said it received a lone report confirming three new recoveries among Filipinos in the Americas.
To date, the total number of confirmed cases is at 13,779; total fatalities at 945; total recoveries at 8,820; and total DOH IHR verified cases remains at 3,529, the DFA said.
The DFA remains fully committed to monitoring the situation of overseas Filipinos who are affected by the pandemic and remains steadfast in promoting and protecting their welfare, it added.
