A 21-YEAR-OLD woman has filed a rape complaint against her father im Quezon City.
The victim told the police that she was sexually abused by her father inJanuary and during the lockdown caused by the COVID-19 pandemic last May.
The rape incidents was allegedly witnessed by the complainant’s younger sibling.
The ordeals reportedly occurred inside their house in Bgy.Tatalon, Quezon City.
The victim was allegedly raped again by her father at around 4 a.m. last November 14, 2020.
The complainant was reportedly sleeping when her father allegedly started touching her private parts.
That prompted her to seek the assistance of the barangay that resulted in the arrest of the suspect.
The suspect is now facing charges for violation of RA 8353.
