DLSU students rally against corruption

Students from the De La Salle University (DLSU) held a lightning rally to protest corruption in government, as the anomalous flood control projects continue to be investigated.

Manila Police District (MPD) authorities said that the protest rally began at 2:47 p.m. and about 700 joined.

Held along Taft Avenue in Manila while holding placards and chanting, ‘Busina, Busina, Laban sa Korap!”, the rally had students asking motorists to honk their horns in support of their calls for an end to corruption.

Leading the rallyists were the Lasallians Against Corruption.

The rallyists demanded for accountability during their protest activity held right outside the gates of DLSU on Taft Avenue.
