Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian, joined by Undersecretary Emmeline Aglipay Villar and Assistant Secretary Ellaine Fallarcuna of the International Affairs, Attached and Supervised Agencies (IASAs) and Director Miramel Laxa of the Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP), leads the ribbon cutting ceremony for the DSWD’s week-long bazaar and trade fair on Monday (February 17) at the DSWD Central Office in Quezon City.

The opening of the bazaar is among the DSWD’s lined-up activities in celebration of the agency’s 74th anniversary.
