Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian stood alongside President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. on Saturday (February 15) as the Chief Executive graced the ‘Trabaho sa Bagong Pilipinas’ job fair at the Tagum City Hall Atrium in Davao del Norte.
Gathering over 3,000 Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) members, the Davao del Norte job fair marked the third of a series of job fairs led by the DSWD, in partnership with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and other key agencies.
The job fair seeks to assist 4Ps beneficiaries in securing stable employment and enhance their quality of life.
Among top government officials present in the event were Special Assistant to the President (SAP) Secretary Antonio Lagdameo Jr., DOLE Secretary Bienvenido Leguesma, and Department of Agriculture (DA) Francisco Tiu Laurel Jr.
