Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian leads on Wednesday (January 21) the inauguration ceremony of the new office for the Innovations and Program Development Group (IPDG) at the Diliman Commercial Center along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City.
