The signing, which came in time for the mid-term elections on May 12, aims to elevate the voting experience of the vulnerable sectors, specifically the persons with disabilities and senior citizens, by promoting inclusivity and providing better access to voting.

The agreement will cover the 2025 National and Local Elections (NLE) and succeeding polling activities.
