This is in line with Executive Order No. 170 on the Adoption of Digital Payments for Government Disbursements and Collections and in compliance with Republic Act No. 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Service Delivery Act of 2018 and the Anti-Red Tape Authority Memorandum Circular No. 2020-06.

The online payment facility may be accessed at the Landbank official website or DSWD official website located at sidebar area or through this direct link https://www.lbp-eservices.com/egps/portal/index.jsp. However, a minimal transaction fee ranging from P15 to P30 per transaction will be charged by the Landbank to clients using the following payment options:

  • Landbank ATM/Visa Debit Cards
  • BancNet-Member Bank ATM/Debit Cards
  • Globe G-Cash accounts
  • Other e-money issuers like Maya, Shopee Pay and Grab Pay
  • Cash Payment via Over-the-Counter at 7-Eleven, Cebuana, Palawan, Bayad Center, Western Union, SM, Robinsons, ECPay, Bayad Express, BDO. etc.

Currently, the online payment system is available at Field Offices (FOs) NCR, II, III, MIMAROPA, V, VI, IX, X, XI, and XII as alternative collection systems. The rest of the DSWD FOs were already enrolled and awaiting the processing of the Landbank Head Office for approval.

The DSWD will look into more partnerships prioritizing digital transformation towards an inclusive financial system for its client and beneficiaries.
