Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) spokesperson Asst. Secretary Irene Dumlao outlines the agency’s various disaster response efforts and cites its strong collaboration with the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) and the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) in times of disasters at the Saturday (July 5) News Forum at Dapo Restaurant in Quezon City.
The DSWD spokesperson told reporters that the agency’s Ready-to-Eat Food (RTEF) was produced with the technical assistance of the DOST. (MBM)
