ISIDRO, Nueva Ecija — A female sales agent was shot dead by two motorcycle-riding suspects here on Saturday night, police said yesterday.
Police Major Joel M. Dela Cruz said the victim identified as Marivic Baldosa, 38, of Bgy. Niyugan, Jaen, was driving a black Honda Beat motorcycle on her way home when she was waylaid by two unidentified men on board a motorcycle at 11:50 p.m.
She was peppered with bullets while traversing the highway in the vicinity of Bgy. Alua, said Dela Cruz.
He said the two suspects, who were armed with .45 caliber pistols fled towards Cabiao after the attack.
Dela Cruz said they are still investigating the incident.
