Land Transportation Office brings best, quicker services closer to people

“WE bring Land Transportation Office services closer to the public.”

Thus declared LTO-National Capital Region-West Director, Atty. Clarence Guinto after LTO formally launched the LTO on Wheels during the flag-raising ceremony yesterday morning.

Director Guinto said the LTO on Wheels will process renewal of car registration, renewal of drivers’ licenses (professional and non-professional) and student permits.

The LTO on Wheels is supported by accredited smoke emission testing equipments and technicians and doctors for on-the -spot  or one-stop-shops checkups.

Guinto added the concept and implementation of LTO on Wheels is based on the strict orders of Transportation Assistant Sec. Edgar Galvante for the agency’s public servants to become closer to the people.

“The public deserves excellent public service and that is what the LTO is doing.

“The LTO on Wheels is accessible and available within Metro Manila currently.
