The ‘dilemma’ of customs brokers

IN the latest press statement released by the Bureau of Customs last Wednesday, Comm. ‘Jagger’ Guerrero has made it clear that he would be, uhh, “unrelenting,” in his position not to have customs brokers ‘monopolized’ the filing and processing of customs declarations on behalf of their “clients,” the consignees or “importers.”
