GABBI Garcia is grateful for the big boost she got in her career now that she is considered as a Global Endorser. Recently, the giant messaging app Rakuten Viber chose her as one of their VIP guests to watch the FC Barcelona game in Spain.
She’s also the newest face of Belo Beauty’s Lumino Vita Glow treatment with her billboards scattered along EDSA. Aside from this, she will have a new Bench billboard for their exciting new product.
What’s more, Gabbi has been named as the first-ever Filipina Taiwan Tourism Ambassador. With her appointment, she is tasked to promote the beauty and culture of Taiwan and encourage more Filipinos to visit the country. Of course, Gabbi is very happy and proud of this achievement.
“It's definitely another milestone for my career,” she says. “I'm just so honored and delighted to be the first Filipina to be selected for such a position. I feel like it's more of a responsibility to promote good tourism, all the positive things about Taiwan, which is so very near to us and yet so different as they have four seasons, from winter and spring to summer and fall. There are so many great places to visit there, at very reasonable prices.”
Gabbi is truly one of the Kapuso network’s most treasured artists. With her hosting, acting, singing and dancing skills, it’s no wonder she has built a great following and loyal fanbase.
At 21, Gabbi has already starred in various TV series and movies where she received notable recognitions from several award-giving bodies. She is also the face of numerous brands here and abroad, which blessed her with a healthy and positive image in the industry. She was last seen in the hardhitting primetime action-drama, “Beautiful Justice”, where she did her own fight routines and stunts.
Today, her influence continues to reach more people through social media. With five million followers on Instagram and more than four million on Facebook, Gabbi is considered as currently one of the most influential celebrities online and one of the most trusted endorsers in the country.
After her movie “LSS, Last Song Syndrome”, she will be back on the big screen as part of the big cast of an international movie to be shot in Europe. With all these blessings and achievements, she has nothing but gratitude to those who continuously support and trust her, “I am beyond thankful for my fans and for the brands that have put me in this position,” she adds. “Without them, I wouldn’t be here living my dream and doing what I love most an artist.”
Gabbi has definitely started the year with a lot of career milestones, making her busier than ever. She does not complain but treats every project with passion and responsibility to be an inspiration to her loyal fans and supporters.
Moreover, the Kapuso star looks forward to actively interact with her followers through her work. “I want to be able to relate more with people, especially when it comes to social media. I want more people to actually reach out to me not only in front but also away from the camera. I feel like relating to people is really important when it comes to the various projects that I do, so I’d know what they’d like and enjoy for me to do.”
