SANYA Lopez says she couldn’t believe it when she was told that there’s an offer for her to do a movie with Nora Aunor, Phillip Salvador and Director Joel Lamangan, “Isa Pang Bahaghari”, that will be entered in the annual Metro Manila Filmfest.

So malaking karangalan para sa akin to work with them in ‘Isa Pang Bahaghari’.

The movie’s line producer, Dennis Evangelista, says Sanya is their unanimous choice. And we saw her ni Direk Joel Lamangan sa Star Awards noon when she won as best new movie actress kaya naalala namin siya when we were casting the movie. Ang ganda ng role niya rito as Dolly, the youngest child ni Ate Guy at ni Kuya Ipe na galit na galit sa ama niya because she thought inabandona sila nito kaya lumaki sila sa gitna ng kahirapan.”

Sanya will play a single mom who is separated from the dad of her child, Shido Roxas, who played the role of the young Eddie Garcia in last year’s “Rainbow’s Sunset”. She works as a dancer-GRO and will have to do a scene where she is shown doing some sexy dancing. Is she ready for this?

She also wants to thank GMA-7 for allowing her to shoot the movie with Heaven’s Best Entertainment that’s producing it. “Akala ko, hindi ako papayagan kasi I’m also busy with my regular tapings for our afternoon prime drama, ‘Dahil sa Pag-ibig’. E, I was just informed na extended daw kami dahil ang taas-taas ng ratings namin, especially after that episode that I confronted my husband, Benjamin Alves, for cheating on me at pinagsasampal ko siya. I know everything will be going smoothly.”
