First Lady Liza to Become ‘Chief Girl Scout’

FIRST Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos is set to be bestowed the title, “Chief Girl Scout” by the Girl Scouts of the Philippines (GSP).

The event, it was learned, will take place in Malacanan Palace in November and is said to be the highest honor being given at the GSP.

The Chief Girl Scout medal is given while taking into consideration overall development of spiritual, physical, mental, emotional and social aspects.

The Chief Girl Scout medal scheme tasks all senior and cadet girl scouts to bring back to their communities their leadership skills, persistence and sense of responsibility.
