A four-year-old boy died after falling off from the 21st floor of a condominium building located at the corner of Mabini Street and Quirino Avenue in Malate, Manila.
PSSg John Paul Rojo of the Manila Police District -homicide section said the victim is a resident of Block 3 Lot 19 Don Gregorio Heights, Dasmariñas, Cavite.
Investigation showed that the at around 2:20 p.m., Geson Deposa, 34, a maintenance personnel and stay-in employe at 2126 Building Le Mirage de Malate Condominium, was cleaning at the sixth floor when he heard a thud.
Immediately, he checked where the loud sound came from and found the victim sprawled on the roof of the Shell gasoline station located adjacent to the condo building.
The victim was rushed to the Ospital ng Maynila where he was declared dead at around 4 p.m., due to serious injuries he sustained in the different parts of the body.
An investigation is underway to establish how the victim fell to his death.
Police said Unit 2114 from the where the boy fell is under the care of his aunt who is also the occupant of said condo unit.
