A wifi installer from Globe Telecom is now facing charges filed by a 19-year-old female student who alleged that the suspect embraced her while installing her wifi in her unit at the Avida Tower Intima in Paco, Manila.
Now in the custody of the Manila Police District -Police Station is suspect Raymark Cabaddu of F-107 Adelina Madrigal St., San Roque 1, Bagong Pag-Asa, Quezon City.
He was nabbed based on a complaint from a student who claimed that the installer suddenly embraced her aet around 3 p.m. on Wednesday.
Prior to that, the victim asked Globe Telecom for wifi installation and the suspect came.
However, while installing the wifi, the suspect allegedly kept on asking if the victim had a boyfriend. He also allegedly asked for her Facebook account for easy access in case something goes wrong with her wifi.
The victim said she was surprised when the suspect suddenly put his arm on her shoulder and when she stood up, he embraced her, so that she went out and told her sibling about what happened.
At around 9 p.m., the suspect reportedly went back for a “back job” and it was when the security guard stopped him and brought him to the barangay.
The suspect was charged with act of lasciviousness before the Manila Prosecutor’s Office.
