A HIGH Value Target believed to be member of the Rana Papera Drug Group, including a female drig were arrested yesterday morning by a Special Drugs Enforcement Team in Bgy. Maytalang Uno, Lumban, Laguna.
Lumban Police chief Capt. Fernando Credo identified the arrested suspects as Kiel Lacbay, 33, and Keyla Mercado, 18, both of Bgy. Maytalang Uno.
The suspects are facing charge for violation of Section 5 11 and 26 Article II if RA 9165.
A police poseur buyer managed to buy a heat-sealed plastic sachet containing suspected shabu worth P5,000.
Confiscated from the suspects were the marked money, 18 plastic sachets containing suspected shabu and 15 sachets containing suspected dried marijuana leaves worth P5,000.
