A REGIONAL High Value Target (RHVT) was killed by the Provincial Intelligence Unit / Drug Enforcement Unit during a buy bust conducted in Bgy. Dayap, Calauan, Laguna, on Monday evening.
Laguna Provincial Director Police Col. Serafin Petalio II identified the slain suspect as Adam Quin Villanueva, legal age of Bgy. Dayap.
Operatives of the PIU/PDEU Laguna PPO, RID RSOU and Calauan police conducted the operation at around 6:30 p.m. against Villanueva for violation of RA 9165.
The suspect was reportedly a member of a drug group operating in Calauan and San Pablo City, Laguna.
Seized during the drug bust were a .38 Caliber pistol, plastic sachets containing suspected shabu worth an estimates P 31,500, and fired cartridges.
