AS part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen border security and improve immigration services, the Bureau of Immigration (BI) has announced job openings.
According to BI spokesperson Dana Sandoval, said the BI is primarily seeking applicants for the Immigration Officer position and that the recruitment drive is also part of its broader efforts to modernize immigration services through enhanced manpower, digital transformation and operational efficiency.
Sandoval explained that Immigration Officers are at the frontline of border control, ensuring that all arriving and departing passengers comply with Philippine immigration laws.
Applicants are required to be a graduate of any four-year course and to have civil service eligibility, she said.
Aside from Immigration Officers, the BI is also hiring Intelligence Officers, Administrative Aides and Fingerprint Examiners to support its operations.
Both fresh graduates and experienced professionals are encouraged to seize this opportunity to serve the country and interested applicants are encouraged to submit their applications online through its careers website at careers.immigration.gov.ph.
