Jobless man nabbed for 3 counts of rape

A 41-YEAR-OLD jobless man accused of three counts of rape was arrested on the strength of an arrest warrant during a police manhunt Wednesday in San Pedro City, Laguna.

Laguna Police Provincial Director PCol. Serafin Petalio II, in his report to CALABARZON Regional Director PBGen. Felipe Natividad, identified the suspect as Marcial Atienza Beheran, of 139 Mendoza St., Bgy. San Roque, San Pedro City.

Beheran was collared by San Pedro City Police at 5:30 p.m. in Bgy. San Roque.

The suspect was arrested on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Nanette M. Austria, Assisting Judge, of Regional Trial Court Branch 93 (A), San Pedro, Laguna, with no bail recommended.

Beheran is now under the custody of the San Pedro City Police.
