Commander of Joint Task Force Central and 6th Infantry Division, Major General Juvymax Uy graced the 32nd Founding Anniversary of 6th Civil-Military Operations (Kasangga) Battalion held at the Headquarters 6th CMO Battalion, PC Hill, Rosary Heights-1, Cotabato City on August 17, 2021.
Maj. Gen. Uy extended his congratulatory message to Lt. Col. John Paul Baldomar, 6CMO Commanding Officer in leading his men for their job well-done. “You are a battalion who performs a community-centric activities, not necessarily enemy-oriented. For our security forces, winning a war is one thing, and winning the hearts and minds of the people is another.”
Along with this, MGen. Uy together with Lt. Col. Baldomar awarded Military Merit Medals and Military Civil Action Medals to 8 personnel of 6th CMO Battalion.
This year’s anniversary theme is “6CMO (Kasangga) Bn @32: Kaakibat, Kaagapay, Kakampi at Kabalikat para sa Maunlad at Progresibong Komunidad”.
