“LET us make the most of June.”
Thus said Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna during the flag raising ceremony in City Hall, hosted by the Gat Andres Bonifacio Medical Center headed by its Director, Dr. Ted Martin and where she was joined by city officials led by Vice Mayor Yul Servo.
Noting that it is her last month in office, Lacuna called on city officials and employees to continue rendering the ‘tapat at totoo’ brand of service that the residents deserve.
Lacuna also expressed gratitude to the residents of the city for having given her the opportunity to serve them as the first lady mayor in the capital’s long history.
Too, she thanked each and every city official, employee and colleague for having made her journey a fruitful one and for being a part of it.
The mayor credited the dedication of all her co-workers in the local government, regardless of position, for the success of all the programs that were implemented during her administration.
