You may opt to create a fun drink by mixing different fruits of your choice, which are not only tasty but, are also capable of keeping you feel refresh during summer.

Fruit Slushies are also naturally rich in nutrients since it is made out of different types of fruits. Some of the nutrients that you can get are potassium, calcium, folate, and dietary fiber. So, go ahead and make your kids a cool, healthy treat in less than a minute.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 to 2 cups chopped fresh fruits of your choice

1 cup ice (plus extra, depending on the type of fruit used)

1/4 cup water

Directions:

* Wash and chop the fruits into manageable pieces.

* Combine all the ingredients in a blender.

* Blend on high until the mixture is the consistency of a slushy.

* Pour into a glass and enjoy.
