FACIAL scars either caused by acne or injuries would leave unwanted marks.
Scars or blemishes on face can be very difficult to remove. We’ve searched the internet and found some remedies that may lighten the scars.
* Remedy #1. Shea Butter Cream. You need half a cup of shea butter, two to three capsules of vitamin E capsules, and one tablespoon of lemon juice.
In a bowl, take a half cup of shea butter; cut open three vitamin capsules and add it to the shea butter. If you have an oily skin, reduce the number of vitamin capsules to two; squeeze in a tablespoon of lemon juice to it; mix it well.
Apply this cream on your facial scars, twice daily. Store the cream in an airtight container in a cool place.
Apply the cream twice daily on your scars for a month at least a month to see visible results.
Shea butter deeply moisturizes dry skin and reduces the appearance of scars and blemishes. Vitamin E is one of the best-known ingredients to reduce the appearance of scars. Similarly, lemon juice is also great for scars.
* Remedy #2. Cocoa Butter Lavender Cream. You need half a cup of cocoa butter, one tablespoon each of olive oil and honey.
In a microwave bowl, take a half cup of cocoa butter. Put it inside the microwave and warm it for thirty to 45 seconds. Add the olive oil and honey. Mix it well.
Apply it on the scars, twice daily. Store the cream in an airtight container and in a cool place.
Apply this cream twice daily for best results, once in the morning and once before bedtime.
Cocoa butter is known for the reduction of scars. Similarly, the combination of honey and olive oil also works great for the lightening of scars. (Glowpink)
