THEY say when you eat oily and fatty foods you should eat pineapple or drink its juice.

In fact, the antioxidants of pineapple can do a lot more to your health.

Pineapples are especially beneficial for women as they contain substances that restore skin fiber elasticity. This is mostly visible on female breasts because they lose their shape over the years.

Pineapple contains a combination of enzymes called bromelian that attack your tongue and cheeks when you eat them. So if your mouth hurts after eating pineapple, you can make a smoothie for easy digestion.

Remember, every time you eat pineapple, you’re giving your body more power to fight off free radicals. The benefits would include:

* Eye health. Pineapples are beneficial for vision, one of the vital senses for human beings. In fact, pineapples have been directly linked to improving eye health and preventing the common age-related conditions.

For one thing, macular degeneration affects many elderly people, and beta-carotene, which is also found in pineapples, can help prevent this issue.

* Blood pressure. Pineapples are also rich in potassium. It’s one of the essential minerals in the body, and potassium insufficiency can lead to many health issues.

Please note that you should not overdo eating pineapples. Overdoing it can cause vomiting, diarrhea, headaches, and nausea. Pregnant women were also advised to limit their pineapple since the fruit stimulates menstruation. Too much bromelain may cause miscarriage.
