LTO Enforces Protocols

APPOINTMENT system and social distancing are being fully implemented in Land Transportation Office, ranking official the agency announced yesterday.

LTO-Quezon City Extension Office chief Bernard Delanganen with the strict order of LTO-National Capital Region-East Director Benjamin V. SantiagoIII, said  we strictly observed the appointment systems, a social distancing with in the assistance of personnel from the Quezon City-Department of Public Order and Safety (DPOS) as marshals.

Delanganen said in the interview they did not recommended to the public the “walk-in system” as precautionary measures and to obey the order of the leadership of LTO and Department of Transportation (LTO-DOTR) to prevent the spreading of COVID-19.

However, Delanganen made it clear they still accep walk-in clients but they prepared appointment systems by booking to the agency using the LTO website.

“Very convenient po dahil may advance booking at appointment pagdating nyo dito sa office namin ipakita lang ang confirmation and submit all necessary documents tapos ang transactions, but of course tinatanggap pa rin namin ang mga walk-in clients,” said Delanganen.

Delanganen said they also assured the health safety of their clients.

We designated personnel keep who on reminding our clients to observe social distancing, wear facemask and use alcohol in their designated areas.

“Kailangan lang po tulong-tulong at laging paalaala,” said Delanganen.
