A MAN was found dead at a riverside in Quezon City following heavy rains on Monday night.
The still unidentified victim was described as between 30 to 35 years old, about 4’10” in height and was clad in striped sando and brown maong pants.
The word ROSEANN was tattooed on the victim’s back.
A report from the Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit of the Quezon City Police District showed the victim was found floating at the Talayan Riverside in Barangay Talayan, at about 9:30 p.m. on October 12, 2020.
A barangay resident identified as Rex Vergara was picking up scraps in the area when he noticed the body at the pile of garbage.
The witness immediately reported the incident to the Bgy. Talayan officials.
Bruises were noted on the head of the lifeless man during cursory examination.
