THE Manila Police District -homicide section is investigating whether or not there is foul play in the death of a 27-year-old man who fell from the roof deck of a condominium in Tondo, Manila, the other day.
Homicide prober PMSG Roderick Magpale said the victim was identified as Victor, of Urban Deca Homes in Vitas, Tondo.
It was learned that the incident took place at around 9 a.m. at Building 12, Lot 1, of Urban Deca Homes in Vitas.
House helper Mary Ann Diaz was said to be walking on the of Building 2 when she saw the victim falling off from the roof deck. He landed at the center carpark driveway and sustained injuries. The security officers reported the matter to authorities.
The victim’s mother meantime said that before the incident, the victim even had breakfast and then told her that he would step out to talk to a friend named ‘Francis.’
Moments later, the mother said she learned that her son fell from the building and rushed to the scene, where she found the victim already dead.
