MEMBERS of the police station in Paete, Laguna, are suspected to be positive for COVID-19.
Believed infected are the chief of police, and his deputy and nine other cops including a fire marshal.
Most of the cop-patients are now in isolation facilities in Sta Cruz, Laguna while five others are at the Paete municipal isolation facility.
The eleven cops are awaiting for results of the swab test conducted by the municipal health office.
They were believed to have contracted the virus from other cops who have been going in and out of the police station.
