A 52-year-old male teacher was arrested the other day by the Manila Police District – Police Station 12 after he allegedly allegedly threatened to kill a boy student who witnessed his molestation of a young girl inside the comfort room of their school in Tondo, Manila
The suspect who is now detained at the MPD-PS 12 is said to be a teacher in Torres High School located on Juan Luna Street in Barangay 174, Tondo, Manila.
The witness, a 12-year-old boy, told the police that he saw the suspect molesting a girl inside the comfort room. The suspect saw him watching.
The teacher, he said, pursued him and once cornered, threatened that he would be fed with cockroaches and eventually killed if he told anyone about what he had seen. The suspect denied all the charges.
The suspect was nabbed by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by Presiding Judge Maria Lorenza Barias-Siosana of the Manila RTC Branch 38 and dated December11, 2014.
The court recommended a P120,000 bail for his temporary liberty.
