THE National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) said it will issue a subpoena against Vice President Sara Duterte for her to shed light on her online statement that she already instructed someone to kill President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr, First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos and House Speaker Martin Romualdez.
NBI Director Jaime Santiago said the subpoena will be out on Tuesday.
In connection with this, an investigation is already underway to establish the identity of the person whom the Vice President said she had directed to carry out the killing if something happens to her.
The NBI will summon Duterte in aid of a probe regarding her pronouncements against the President, First Lady and House Speaker.
