Nearly 3K Kapampangan farmers get DSWD cash aid during PBBM’s visit to Pampanga

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has provided financial aid to 2,970 farm workers in Pampanga as part of the government services that President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. brought to the Kapampangans on Friday (September 19).

DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian joined the Chief Executive at the ceremonial turnover of the financial aid to the 10 farmer-beneficiaries who received Php10,000 each.

The DSWD aid, alongside the services brought by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), is part of the Marcos administration’s continuous support to agricultural communities by helping them strengthen their livelihoods and honoring their role in nation-building.
