A SERIES of meetings has been held by newly-installed Manila International Airport Authority general manager Eric Castro Ines to pave the way for a transition toward a new management.
It was learned that the meetings began before New Year after which Ines also conducted an inspection of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) terminals where he noted the needed improvements of the facilities that would provide utmost convenience for the passengers.
Ines is reportedly set to fill up positions that would be left vacant by the former management.
The new airport chief reportedly served as manager of two airline companies at the NAIA terminals so that he is expected to know the ins and outs of the airports.
Ines is set to attend his first flag raising ceremony on Monday where he will face the MIAA employes fdor the first time.
