2 cousins nabbed for peddling drugs

TWO cousins were nabbed for allegedly peddling drugs in a buy-bust in Quezon City on Thursday night.

Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Director, PBGEN Ronnie S. Montejo identified the arrested suspects as Gener Baltazar, 36, his cousin Elvie Baltazar, 38 and their cohort Jomar Requilman, 40, all residents of Bgy. Holy Spirit.

The buy-bust was conducted at about 6 p.m., October 22, 2020 on 42 Saint Joseph St., Bgy. Holy Spirit.

The suspects were nabbed after an undercover cop managed to buy P60,000 worth of shabu from them.

Aside from the buy-bust money, also seized from the suspects were 30 grams of shabu valued at Php204,000 and three cellular phones.

The drug suspects will be charged with violation of R.A. 9165 or The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
